In-play bets are subject to network latency; simsinos is not liable for bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined due to communication delays beyond simsinos's reasonable control.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or clearly incorrect odds being published, simsinos reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets. simsinos will endeavour to identify and correct such errors promptly and will notify affected Players.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event, as displayed on the Platform. simsinos reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.
